Mexican style chicken breasts
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (frozen)
- 1 can tomato & chilis (like rotel) drained
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9×11 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange breasts in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Pour drained tomato & chilis over the chicken and bake for 35-45 minutes until done. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Very simple and soooo good!
